Meet the Designers
Precious Petals originated from the creative minds of Allison Cruz and Anabel Moreno. Allison and Anabel met at the University of North Texas, where they graduated in May 2019 with a BFA in Fashion Design. Upon the heart-wrenching realization that finding an ideal job after graduation was not as easy as it seemed, they decided to collaborate and create their own.
These two women started off with a dream of creating a fashionable and trendy clothing line for your precious petals, which has now become reality through hard work and dedication. Working from office spaces in their homes, they design, cut, sew, and create your final quality, customized orders.
We would like to thank you, the stems of our business, for purchasing from us and giving us the stability to help us continue to grow our small line.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to complete the making of your order, as all of our items are custom and made-to-order. If needed within a week, we offer rush shipping. You can select this option when you are checking out.
Shipping will come at the customer's expense, however, we are offering a "Pickup In-House" delivery option for those who decide they want the latter for free.
We pride ourselves in being as environmentally sustainable as possible; Therefore, we will be shipping items in previously-used packaging, such as envelopes and boxes for the time being.
Returns
The Small Print
Because everything is custom and made-to-order, you will not receive money back for a return.
However, we will allow size exchanges or credit for a different item upon receiving the original item. Please refer back to our turnaround time in either one of these cases.
