However, we will allow size exchanges or credit for a different item upon receiving the original item. Please refer back to our turnaround time in either one of these cases.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to complete the making of your order, as all of our items are custom and made-to-order. If needed within a week, a rush fee will be added to your total. In this case, please send us an e-mail with any details. 

Shipping will come at the customer's expense, however, we are offering a "Pickup In-House" delivery option for those who decide they want the latter for free.

We pride ourselves in being as environmentally sustainable as possible; Therefore, we will be shipping items in previously-used packaging, such as envelopes and boxes.
